After Hours

24 hours per day, you can call our main number at 703-344-7330 (Option #1). There is always a medical provider from the practice on call 365 days per year. 

As part of our commitment to innovation and enhancing your experience with us, we have transitioned our after-hours triage service to Hello Pediatrics.

 One new feature of this transition is the option for telemedicine. If you need urgent assistance outside of regular clinic hours, you will have the choice to connect with a healthcare professional via telemedicine through Hello Pediatrics, avoiding busy Urgent Cares and/or Emergency Departments when possible.

Questions about infant care, feeding, medication refills and other non urgent matters are best sent to the patient portal or called in during our regular business hours for no fee.

To be transparent, please note the following:

• Einstein’s standard $20 after-hours call fee will be applied to your account.

• Hello Pediatrics will also bill your insurance in the event you choose an after-hours telemedicine appointment with them.

• Hello Pediatrics will not charge your insurance for providing basic medical advice/guidance over the phone or via text.
